About my classes

During my lessons you will: 

  • release tension and stiffness
  • elongate and stregthen muscles
  • work your core muscles

We always begin the class with a warm-up or with rolling on a ball, the unique  technique to release thightness and tension in your body.  My lessons are mixture of self-massage, stretching and streghtening. I combine different techniques of Pilates, Yoga and Core.

What you need for class?

  • Tight fitting sportswear
    Movement on the ball should be continuous. The best effect is achieved when the ball is in constant contact with your body so that the rolling is pleasant and smooth.
  • Yoga mat
    I recommend thin anti-slip yoga mat.
  • Towel

Where to take class with me?

  • Wednesdays - 8am to 9am in Czech and 9:30am to 10:30am in English
